Jed Etter’s real estate career began in Klamath Falls, Oregon at the age of 16 while working at AmeriTitle, a locally owned title company. Jed originally worked as a title delivery person and after learning several jobs at the title company decided to pursue a career in real estate sales. Jed obtained his Oregon real estate license prior to joining Premier Real Estate, a local leading real estate office at the time. Working for Premier provided Jed with the opportunity to work as the sales manager for Falcon Heights, Klamath Falls’ largest condominium project. This opportunity provided Jed with the skills necessary to best perform his duties as a realtor while providing exemplary customer service to buyers and sellers. In addition, Jed learned to keep a real estate transaction on track for a timely closing. Several years after joining Premier, it merged with the local Coldwell Banker. This merge resulted in a widening of Jed’s client base and presented him the opportunity to begin single family dwelling sales. Realizing deficiencies in traditional advertising practices, Jed saw the opportunity to better serve his customers by using new advertising techniques.
After roughly five years Jed had the opportunity to move to a smaller private firm, Real Estate Unlimited. During his time at Real Estate Unlimited Jed earned his principal broker’s license allowing him to eventually pursue ownership in his own firm.
